In a fine spirit of friendly relations between the Korea Research Foundation, hereinafter referred to as "KRF" and the Comisión Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica, hereinafter referred to as "CONICYT" (both entities hereinafter to be referred to as "the parties"), discussed prospects for academic cooperation between KRF and CONICYT.
