History

In 2009, establishing a program of Attraction and Integration, in order to strengthen the links between excellent researchers and institutions that develop science and technology throughout the country.

From 2011, EPI takes over the link between academia and the productive sector, through its Doctoral Dissertation Competition in Industry, funding to students in accredited doctoral programs to consider elements of the industry in his thesis work.

From 2012, Featuring contest of scientific excellence extends to all colleges whose headquarters are outside the metropolitan.


Achievements:

  • Since 2009, EPI has funded the hiring of about 200 excellent researchers, in universities, research centers and businesses throughout the country, thereby strengthening the scientific and technological capacities of these institutions.

  • Between 2009 and 2011 PAI, through its line of Attraction, has supported over the coming 100 scientific excellence at universities outside the metropolitan.

  • Since 2011, EPI seeks to create partnerships between academia and the productive sector, through funding of Doctoral Thesis in Industry, supporting work until nearly 30 school.
